Café in Annapolis, Maryland becomes the first restaurant in the area to debut a certified nut-free facility.

Lori Bendersky receives certification

Campus Dining and Shops at the University at Buffalo announced that Registered Dietitian, Lori Bendersky has been certified as an Allertrain Master Trainer through Allertrain by MenuTrinfo, LLC. As an Allertrain Master Trainer, Bendersky will be able to teach and certify Dining Services staff on food allergies and Celiac disease.
